Professional nursing care and services requiring the skills of a registered or licensed practical nurse (under the supervision of a registered nurse).
Common examples include:

Home Health Aide
Common examples include:
- Providing personal care to include: bathing, dressing, feeding, weighing, back rubs, skin care and shampoos.
- Assisting with patient transfers, ambulation and protecting the patient from falls.
- Obtaining patient temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Maintaining a safe environment for the patient.
- Making observations of the patient's condition and reporting the results to the Registered Nurse.
- Assisting with range of motion exercises.
- Providing physical and emotional support as required.
- Providing medication reminders.
